About 15 months ago, I moved to College Station. A year later (about 3 months ago), I moved out of my parents’ house and began living on my own. Now, in 3 months, I will be moving again.

If you know anything about me, you probably know that music is my biggest passion in life. More than anything else, I love music. I love the way it makes me feel, and I want to continually pursue that feeling. Over the past year, while taking Gen Eds at Blinn College, I’ve been trying to figure out what I’m going to do with my life. I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I don’t want to ever stop pursuing what music makes me feel. So I’m switching to become a music major!

However, Blinn College-Bryan doesn’t offer the music degree plan. I want to stick with Blinn because of cost reasons, but I have to switch to the Brenham Campus. That means that as of August, I will be living in Brenham, Texas! I was offered both a vocal and instrumental music scholarship to help pay for my studies, and I am now considered an in-state resident, so Blinn is really helping me to be at my best!

I just wanted to share this life update with all of you! Thank you all so much for supporting me in my quest to chase my dreams. This has been a long-time coming, and I’m very excited to begin truly chasing after something that brings me real joy!

Texas was just the start of a new journey! While it feels like there has been nothing but change over the past year and a half, I’m very excited to see where these new changes take me!
